Taylor Swift set to receive historic MTV VMA directing honor

Taylor Swift is set to add another major achievement to her already remarkable music career with a groundbreaking new honor at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards.

The 14-time Grammy winner is set to make history as the first recipient of a newly introduced MTV VMA honor celebrating artists who have made a significant impact through their work as music video directors.
