Arfa Maryam tops DG Khan Board Intermediate Exams 2026

Three candidates secured the top three positions overall in the Intermediate (Part-II and Combined) 1st Annual Examination 2026 conducted by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), D.G. Khan.

Arfa Maryam, daughter of Muhammad Khalid Bashir, of Government Associate College for Women, Kot Sultan, secured first position with 1,164 marks out of 1,200. Usman Ahmad, son of Irshad Ahmad, of Punjab College, Muzaffargarh, stood second with 1,161 marks, while Muhammad Hanzla Munir, son of Munir Ahmad, of Government Higher Secondary School (QAED), Dera Ghazi Khan, secured third position with 1,158 marks.

In the Pre-Medical group among boys, Muhammad Hanzla Munir secured first position with 1,158 marks, followed by Mashood Hussain of PAEC Inter Science College, Dera Ghazi Khan, with 1,156 marks and Muhammad Farhan of Government Higher Secondary School (QAED), Dera Ghazi Khan, with 1,153 marks.

Among girls in Pre-Medical, Arfa Maryam topped the group with 1,164 marks. Maryam Naveed of Punjab College for Women, Muzaffargarh, stood second with 1,155 marks, while Hafiza Tayyabah Naeem of Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Taunsa, secured third position with 1,153 marks.

In Pre-Engineering among boys, Muhammad Faizan of Government Kaura Khan Associate College, Jatoi, secured first position with 1,143 marks. Muhammad Umar Hanif of Rashid Minhas Higher Secondary School, Alipur, stood second with 1,140 marks, while Umar Gurmani of Government Graduate College, Taunsa, secured third position with 1,130 marks.

Among Pre-Engineering girls, Taqdees Fatima of Government Degree College for Women, Choubara, topped with 1,146 marks, followed by Hina Zahra of Government Graduate College for Women, Model Town, Dera Ghazi Khan, with 1,136 marks and Talia Batool of Punjab College for Women, Taunsa, with 1,128 marks.

In the General Science and Commerce group among boys, Usman Ahmad of Punjab College, Muzaffargarh, secured first position with 1,161 marks, while Muhammad Saim Zakee and Abdul Mueez secured second and third positions with 1,144 and 1,140 marks, respectively.

Among girls in General Science and Commerce, Sundas Khan of Punjab College for Women, Muzaffargarh, stood first with 1,151 marks, followed by Aleezy Naseer of Government Associate College for Women, Chowk Azam, with 1,148 marks and Urwa-tul-Wusqa of Al-Farooq Girls Higher Secondary School, Naseerabad, with 1,146 marks.

In the Humanities group among boys, Muhammad Ishfaq of Government Graduate College, Kot Sultan, secured first position with 1,080 marks. Muhammad Rashid of Government Kaura Khan Associate College, Jatoi, stood second with 1,074 marks, while Muhammad Salman Abdullah of Mushtaq Ahmad Gormani Science College, Adda Gormani, secured third position with 1,068 marks.

Among girls in Humanities, Sania Azhar of Government Associate College for Women, Karor, topped with 1,121 marks. Iram Bibi of Government Associate College for Women, Gujrat, Kot Adu, stood second with 1,112 marks, while Tuba Nadeem of Government Associate College for Women, Kot Sultan, secured third position with 1,111 marks.
